TrueTransparency 0.93 – Aero-Optik für Windows XP

TrueTransparency ist ein Tool, um die Aero-Effekte auch unter XP nutzen zu können und die Fensterrahmen transparent gestaltet zu können. Das Tool benötigt 2 bis 7MB Speicher. Es wird auch eine CustomXP-Theme mitgeliefert.

MediaDefender legt legalen BitTorrent-Tracker lahm

MediaDefender sollte eigenlich gegen unerlaubtes Filesharing vorgehen. Die Herrschaften dürften mittlerweilen den Unterschied zwischen legal und unerlaubt nicht mehr zu kennen.

Letztes Wochenende wurden durch MediaDefender veränderte torrent-Dateien auf den BitTorrent-Server von Revision3 durch ein Backdor eingeschleust, und anschließend dieser Server mittels DoS-Attacken lahmgelegt.

Microsoft hat Details zu den Patches für Mai veröffentlicht

Betroffen sind verschiedene Versionen von Windows und Office.

Drei Patches sollen “kritische” Sicherheitslücken schließen, die das Einschleusen und Ausführen von Schadcode ermöglichen. Das vierte Update wurde als “mittelschwer” eingestuft. Ein Fehler, der Denial-of-Service-Attacken ermöglicht soll behoben werden.

Finally the XP SP3 was released so here is the final nLite version update as well.

Just one important thing changed, SP3 Slipstream under Vista. It would reject your valid CD-Key. Not my doing but it is fixed anyway.
So in order to fix the XP SP3 CD-Key issues remake the Slipstreamed version from scratch with this nLite version.

– Cosmetic glitch when drawing translucent scrollbar/path graphics within
the fullscreen navigation interfaces that caused the scrollbar and path

– Disabling the “‘Del’ key moves media files to the recycle bin (with
confirmation)” setting would erroneously disable the erase function from

would not play the file.
– EVR with Smart Play disabled should now work on Windows XP (with .NET v3

TrueTransparency 0.92 – Aero-Optik für Windows XP

TrueTransparency ist ein Tool, um die Aero-Effekte auch unter XP nutzen zu können und die Fensterrahmen transparent gestaltet zu können. Das Tool benötigt 2 bis 7MB Speicher. Es wird auch eine CustomXP-Theme mitgeliefert.
